My mom came to visit yesterday; she is staying in New England until next Sunday. Today I went to my aunt's house to drop off my mom who was going to Maine with her sister and two friends. After they left I did four loads of laundry - I always take advantage of a free place to do laundry. I wandered around the house looking for an interesting photo. My aunt and uncle have a fireplace where we roast marshmallows during Christmastime. I took this photo of the wood that they store for the fireplace. I wonder how old the wood is - can you count the rings?
