Changing time

Today has be a momentous day in our house. India has moved into a big girl bed! I don't want to speak to soon but we put her down 40 mins ago and haven't heard a peep out of her since. Success? I hope so! Very much looking forward to going to bed an hour early with good reason tonight. 3.6 km run today, this doesn't sound like an improvement but I have just recalibrated my nike plus thing and it turns out it was rather on the generous side before!
