Emilio and I ran over four-tops in the pentlands today - Turnhouse, Carnethy, Scald Law and South Black Hill.

It felt pretty cold up there maybe as low as three degrees.

We were out just shy of 2 hours and my watch tells me that I burned 1912 kcal. Now I'm thinking of the temptations that I shouldn't really be eating.

Of course green onions won't figure on the menu since Booker T and the MGs were on Stax, not Motown.
