Bike Ride

I started the day with a bike ride with Derek, Ola and James. Had a great time doing the Broughton, Stobo, Meldons, Eddleston back to West Linton route (about 50K). This was the first time I had been out with Ola since she got her fancy super lightweight Trek Madone bike. She claims it is just the bike making her go faster, but I think she has a pretty good engine on it too. I'll need to do a bit more training (and unage about 15 years!) to keep up with her in the future.
