Tai Chi Fan

Crap nights sleep but at least it meant I caught the Qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix which was a corker!

Then headed into Manchester at 8am and sat in Sackville Gardens with a coffee and a fag in the sunshine. You often get chinese oaps doing Tai Chi there early in the morning and it was beautiful to watch. She was happy to be photographed as long as i point out she is nearly 70!

Really great, calming way to start the day but i put out the fag and scarpered when she started the War on Smoking!
