Edinburgh Day 1

I'm on a short trip to see friends in Edinburgh.

This is the view from the flat where I was staying, not bad eh ?

The large Gothic building is Fettes Collage, a rather impressive private school, where Tony Blair was educated I believe.

The white building in the centre is the new replacement for my old school, Broughton High, which was built in the late 60's and was rather worn when I was there in the early 80's.
I was very impressed with it's replacement a really light modern building with great sports fields etc.....
