Playing with my Cosina (A swear word in photography land) 100-400mm auto focus lens. It's okay but would like to see what it's like in clear light.

Ah well, it's Friday and my head and neck hurts also finding it hard to swallow food and drink :-(

Looks like I may need to go and see the doctors. Probably got an infection of some sorts as it's been on and off since Christmas..
