Whatever it is they give to patients at Welshpool Medical Centre, I'll have some of it cos it certainly gives you a long lease of life.

Whilst waiting for Mrs DD today, I flicked through the pile of magazines - as you do - to see if there was anything which may be remotely interesting, and I came across this issue of Country Homes and Interiors.
