Day 4 of our Trip down Memory Lane.

Drove to Sadell Abbey - amazing old Knights tomb stones, and incredibly atmospheric graveyard. Really peaceful and If I wanted to be buried, this would be just the place!
Then to Carradale which was very different from what we remembered, but still very picturesque.
We then drove to the Mull of Kintyre Lighthouse - much to my sister Christine's horror. The stories about the road were not good.
After driving to within a mile of the light, we found the way barred by locked gates! The best bit of the road was blocked off.
Christine was very happy about this.
The picture here was taken on the way back, and shows Dunaverty Bay on the right.

Another great day spent with people I hold dear.
