Catchin' some tunes

Played a gig on Tues. evening and set up my little Zoom recorder. After some editing yesterday, I cut a CD and made copies to give to my band mates. An eclectic quartet made up of some old, and I do mean old, and some not so old friends.

The veteran in the group (guitar/banjo) is 90 years old and still layin' it down. The clarinet/sax player, is not far behind at 76. The e-drummer and I, e-bass, would be considered babies. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the evening playing, what else, the old tunes.

The CD turned out pretty good considering the conditions (crowd noise, mic placement, etc.)
