Dogfish Head

The Dogfish Head 120 IPA is an India Pale Ale that has been boiled for 120 minutes, then dry-hopped each day for a month. The taste is indescribable. A normal American beer has between 3.5-5.5% alcohol. This beast has 18%. They used to have 20%, but they toned it down a bit. The company tells you that this IPA can age just like a wine. I have had this one for about 9 months, and was planning on keeping it a bit longer, but an exceptionally long day at work called for a relaxing sip.
