Having a Quick Break

Well, today went exactly as promised.

Started off with cutting the hedge early in the morning (for a Sunday), then going off to the supermarket to do the weekly shop, and then spending a happy afternoon and evening with James...lugging Emily's stuff into the loft whilst Flick happily snapped away.

I just cannot believe how bluddy heavy a box-full of magazines is. Especially when you have to carry it up a ladder.

Ended up exhausted on the study floor. As I happened to have my camera with me, I looked at the ceiling and took a shot.

At least the hall is clear now...

Back to work on Monday for a nice rest.
