Stac Polly for tea

I didn't think there was much "Scottish" Cuisine that would be able to support a restaurant, let alone 2 of the same in Edinburgh. But it appears that Stac Polly is bucking that trend.
We were there tonight to celebrate M's <mumble>th birthday that was today.

The haggis parcels were divine and the steak was done to perfection. The bill did however lift me for forty of your Scottish pounds however, but it was worth it really.
