I saw the light

Today was shopping & lunch day with good friend. This light scone was on the wall above our table. After telling my friend about a situation that is going on in my life, there was this dead silence from her. Not a word, nada.
Knowing her very well, she usually has so much too say, that is when the light turned on in my brain. She did not want to say negative things about my situation and she had probably been talking to others about it.
