Thai to wine....

....met up with our neighbour Roger last night; Thai meal, red wine, good chat and more red wine. I selected a lower carb dish to off-set the carbs in the wine.

An interesting day at work; lots of useful meetings and good chat but slight taint at the end with an unsolvable system problem cropping up, necessitating a very awkward conversation. If it wasn't for our creaking mainframe, this job would be very enjoyable and interesting all of the time.

Owen's school report card home to review (it's now known as a PLP). He's bright as a button but very spacey and not listening enough.....guess which element of his character comes from my genes? I've given him 15 years to get his concentration sorted out or he's for it.
