Long Slow Distance

Still life with medals and *stuff*

At present I live in a tiny flat. It's a far cry from the rambling French barn I used to live in, which was, to say the least, quite basic. But it was filled with my *stuff* and it is this stuff that I miss right now, and I must repatriate it from its current home in France.

Meanwhile, I have started to amass new *stuff* that, although it has no long history with me, has potential. In France I have a phrenologist's head, which carries around its neck the medals I've collected over 20 years of running. The equivalent now is a metallic shelf unit donated by my friend Richard2.

Also here are some of the books I've edited since returning to the UK and Ammonite Press, plus some tomes I've read or am currently reading.

*Stuff* is good.
