Safety first

I have never worried about how i look cycling and always wear a helmet and luminous top. Sometimes you get abuse with my favourite being when a van pulled alongside and someone shouted through the window "bloody brilliant mate your bloody brilliant".

Seriously with the amount of injuries and accidents that happen I don't know why all cyclists don't wear helmets. They might worry about looking silly but better that than dead.
