Statue on a random roundabout

Saw this on the way back from alloa, and thought it was blip worthy, unfortunatly there was no where to stop so i had to drive and take the picture at the same time :s which is why its a bit small and i'm wishing i had photo shop too, to get rid of those pesky street lights!
