the vigil ends... 12:52pm

Hospice care had let us know that this was the way it might unfold... she will go when she is ready and not on our terms, but hers. They made sure she was comfortable...both physically and spiritually. I couldn't believe she was hanging on.
No food or water for six days now. A remarkable lady in life and in the throws of death.
She was a fighter her whole life and this was no exception. Parkinson's had dealt her a severe blow but in the end she was the stronger, mightier spirit.
She is pain free and whole once again... and I am thankful for these last days together.
My blips will probably be a little different from now on. I hope they get...better
