il sapore d'italia
I was given this box of delicious Venchi chocolates from Torino in Italy by one of the members of the Italian consortium in my project. It was very charming of him to bring them and they are very, very good! The box is filled with individually wrapped cubes of different kinds of chocolate:
- 85% (too bitter for me)
- 75% (just right)
- Fondente (it's fondente...:))
- Gianduja (it's milk chocolate with hazlenuts, I think, and I learned that the local people from Turin are also knicknamed after this, the flavour was invented there!)
- Latte (milk chocolate)
