Life's a Risotto

That is, in the world according to Magpie. You have a few quality ingredients but you need to keep stirring them up before they go sticky and a bit dry. A bit of added wine gives it all a welcome boost.

Pondering over the pan this evening, thinking of what to write on this and this was the best I could muster with a thumping head and a day where I was unreasonably tetchy to anyone who crossed my path. Be afraid.

So, a sprinkling of cheese and things will be great.
