Yeah Friday! These seem to come and go too quickly.
Made a wonderful corned beef hash with a poached egg with an Egyptian Red Lentil Soup. Delightful. I had one the other day and it was red - mine was sort of grey/green - do red lentils typically lose it's color with cooking?
