Peep

Look what I found peeping up through the leaf litter today. It seems a little early for us to have crocuses, but I'm not complaining. To me, they're the definitive sign of spring.

A productive day. Got some paperwork sorted out and spent much of the afternoon outside enjoying the 72F/22C degree weather. My daughter has been sleeping well the past few days with all the fresh air and activity.

When we came home at dusk, I heard spring peepers for the first time this year - music to my ears. Couldn't ask for a lovelier send-off for winter.
