What a relief

Friday at last. What a week.

Anyway, I'm glad the weather was nice for this lot, who were doing their bit for Sports Relief by running a mile course along the prom. Not only did they give me a strange look when I crouched down to take my photo, but an even stranger one when they heard my knees creak and watched me stagger about melodramatically when I tried to stand up again.

I suppose that lets me off from running a mile.
