Todays walk took us through the Suffolk villages of Troston, Sapiston, Honington and Livermere.
A beautiful walk on a fantastic English spring day.

I have walked with countrymen
On land I know and love
Seen pastures green, and mist of morn
And larks that sing, as day is born.

Now pictures in most books we see
Of man and horse and plough
and butterflies of blue and gold,
The squirrel red on old beech bough

So walk with me the countrymen,
On land I know and love,
See rainbows in the morning mist,
Fed by rain from the sky above.
