What's your Service Strategy?

I was on a course today at the Holiday Inn in Northamtpon, learning about Service and how to perfect your service strategy to ensure customer retention. It was actually really good.

Confession: I was an hour early for the course, so I couldn't resist and tapped the geocaching app on my iPhone - there were 3 within a mile of the hotel! So I had some fun before my day began.
