Dear Tenants, during the renovations (which, might I remind you, are being undertaken FOR YOUR BENEFIT -- despite your many objections) you may notice the occasional light breeze. This is entirely to be expected as all the outer walls of the building will be removed Tuesday.

We fully anticipate this to be a temporary situation (7-18months max.) but some of our more delicately-constitutioned tenants may wish to purchase one of those woolly hats with the ear-flaps.

For YOUR FURTHER CONVENIENCE, we invite you to visit our new woolly-hat-and-warm-drinks stall which has been set up in what used to be the lobby area. Don't miss this week's RENOVATION SALE! (Cash & credit cards accepted, no cheques please.)
