Iced

Last night's headtorch run in the woods had cleared my head but a busy morning in stuffy rooms undid the good so I went for a wee walk at lunchtime. Unfortunately, by the time I got out the bright morning had clouded over but I found some nice frosty leaves that had been in the shade.
It did help getting out and I was able to get the rest of the tasks done.
It's raining now.
