The final event of the year

Tonight I attended my final evening engagement for work of the year. It was a celebration event for the ACCESS RGU programme in forensic and analytical science. It was a cracking celebration, with everyone coming away with big smiles. As always I was deeply impressed by the dedication and passion of colleagues.

The blip was taken just towards the end, when everyone was looking relaxed and giggly.

Afterwards I dashed out to Costco to pick up G's birthday cake. It looks great and we're looking forward to tucking into it tomorrow!
