16th Door of Advent Calendar: Lavas

Visiting stables with my daughter in the evening. She is here cleaning muddy Lavas, the biggest horse of the stables. Lavas was feeling a bit tensioned today, but during the ridin he was acting quite normal - well one special leftover gallop in the manege, but what can you do... My daughter did extremely well, and did not fall down, considering that Lavas is huge big and she has had now three months break in riding...

I was having a little walk while this couple was in riding ring. The countryside was so dark, there was -2c freezing blackness, not at all snow anywhere.

I walked around the fields with my Nikon and tripod - ant got some decent shots. Lovers of light material - or not... ;)

We drove safe and sound back to home from the country - it was shining icy road. Jääkaljama ajokeli as we say in finnish. Any translations to that???
