Today was calmer, but still busy.

No gallivanting over to the Big City for an evening of refreshments. Lidl instead.

At lunchtime I made it down to the harbour to eat my lunch, and get a few minutes of fresh air (cold) and exercise (also cold). I’m not complaining - sunny and cold is my idea of how winter should be.

The Blip is just the group of birds which are always on that rock drying out between fishing expeditions. Are they cormorants or shags? I’ve had a good look at the RSPB’s website and I’m now much better informed about them. I still can’t tell the difference, of course.

Any twitchers out there?
