Bleeding again

After a 9 year break, today I gave blood again. Boy things have changed, the stretchers are very fancy (seat shaped that rock back), no sticker for good work etc. However, on the other hand it is still a very well organised system and very, very rewarding.

Earlier in the day, went to Penny hill Park for Christmas lunch with my quilting friends - lovely company and a great location.

Even started the day by losing half a pound!
