BALANCING DUCK

on the pole in the little canal.

Mischa and I finished a task in her apartment and did just some little painting jobs in her new rooms.
I had walked in the morning to the ponds, in the cold but not unpleasant weather.
As long as the sun shines and she did I sat for a momeny on a bench at the pond where the swans and the many geese are. And coots too and ducks.
And gulls and jackdaws and perhaps I should mention the tiny birds who do not swim.

My haiku:

Shall I or shall I
Not we all have moments of
Serious choices

And the quote by Archimedes:

Give me where to stand and I will move the earth.
