For Ye Dogs

Hanging about at Crewe station, as I tend to do, I noticed this in a dark corner. There's slightly murky looking water in the red basin at the bottom - I wonder if "ye dogs" still use it?

(I didn't check the tap, which was presumably for "ye humans".)
