Taking easy taking slow!

Little Al is staying at home with yet another night/day of high temperature, we have a double GP appointment this afternoon for him and his sister. In fact I don't feel well as well, the virus been going round and got to me as well :(

I hope to get better for our trip this Saturday to Poland, I'm starting to feel little butterflies in my tummy, it feels like I'm happy to go there, be brave and face the blues when visiting both parents grave (sight)
