Alarmed!

Not yet, but I soon will be.

I had a growing concern about the apparent increase in burglaries in my home town, so much so that I decided to invest in a new (and working) burglar alarm to replace our old (and not working) alarm. No sooner had I done that than I learned that there were 3 burglaries in our street within the last 2 weeks.

I guess having an alarm unboxed and laid out on the bed isn't sufficient is it? I'm going to have to get my DIY hat on and my head for heights head and install it over the weekend. Damn - I was hoping to go to London with the family.

Sod it, that's exactly what I'll do.
