Back...
...in the town this afternoon as I discovered I had £10 of M&S vouchers expiring today! Wish I'd cleared the purse out on Friday night instead of last night...Es and I could have used them yesterday!
The wee fella and I were at Church this morning. It was the gift service and the rehearsal in the Church for next Sunday's nativity. The gifts the Sunday Club children brought this year will be give to the Salvation Army to distribute. With two of the Barmy Army out of Sunday Club now and the Rooster at rugby most Sunday morning's there is only one Stirling Reido in the nativity this year. That'll be less stressful next Sunday getting him organised...hopefully;-)
Then with a bit of cajoling we all went to the lessons and carol service this evening in the Church. I love being in the Church for this service with Mr R and the barmy army, listening to the lessons that tell the Christmas story and signing carols with them all beside me:-). There is a bit of grumping but I'm thankful that they come along with me...even if I do have to use my evil eye sometimes on the Buncle and Rooster. The wee fella behaves better in Church than those two:-/. Although, I think the mince pies and shortbread at the fellowship tea after might help me get them out of the door and down to the service too!
I blipped our wee wreath on one of my trips out of the front door today, passed it a few times as I headed out and in!
