The Train Now Arriving ...

That Christmas thing has arrived in these parts.

I've been trying to delay it but there's no doubting it this morning. A whirlwind of assorted children needing Secret Santas wrapping, party food getting and curious sums of money doling out for reasons which aren't immediately obvious to me.

I feel like I've been hit in the face by a Christmas shovel.
