HP Day @ Royal Holloway

For the last twenty five years, just before Xmas, the great and the good of the UK computer security industry (or Cyber Security as we now call it) meet at Royal Holloway for a meeting. The event has always been sponsored by Hewlett-Packard and hence is called "HP Day".

In the old days the lectures were held in this wing of the old college, and the lunch was held in the famous picture gallery, with proper waiters etc. Now, however, its in some ugly modern building, and the lunch is some stand up buffet. If you wanted evidence of standards slipping, this is it in my view.
