Moving on

So the boy and the girl (but mostly the boy), have created a playlist for our New Year's Eve party. I'm slightly bemused by how much current music is in their lives, do they have lessons in school? But also kind of relieved our inability to actively expose them to popular music has had no detrimental impact. Though I was also bemused by how many I knew and I have no explanation for that either.

My cold continues in a dull and boring way. I did some admin, laundry, gentle work. Nothing of interest.

Until the really interesting thing happened...I won a competition! The day before New Year's Eve we will be having a goodie box of food and drink delivered from Abel and Cole.

So we have music and food...bring on the party!
