Gurkha

Bit of relief today, the oncologist apparently doesn’t believe that things are as urgent as we first thought. It might be delaying the inevitable, but it’s still a relief. No further action till January. More time to enjoy the scenery along the scenic route before we get to the grim reality. Went to a lovely Nepalese restaurant to celebrate, the Gurkha Durbar, our first time there and the food was just great. One of the Nepalese waiters was incongruously sporting a Santa hat.
