Snowing Again

A day of mixed weather. It has been snow showers most of the day but some rain now in the evening and windy. Thunderstorms started again last night and been thunder and lightning flashing and crashing throughout the day.

A fine day at work, not overly busy in the museum with locals and a some visitors in for a look too :) Met mam for lunch, a lovely soup and cheese bannock at my friend Amanda's cafe.
A relaxing evening before heading off to work in the pub tonight.

A view of snowy boats the are part of the Shetland Museum boat collection. The boats are well looked after but sit outside all year round. Looking like rain tomorrow, shame the snow never seems to last long! Taken at Hay's Dock, Lerwick.
