Absolutely HeeHaw...

Away to the market today with 5 cattle. A better drive down than last week - the trailer still in one piece when I arrived,and they didn't rumble around as much either. Prices could have been better,but so could the cattle !
On the way home,called in at pal's to pay his account and put the world to rights.Then a detour via Gordon village to collect a box of chocs I'd won in a raffle.They were meant to be left in the village shop.Not there.Tried the organizer's house,but no chocs there. Eventually tracked them to the school reception and had a chinwag with the receptionist ,who is an old friend from Young Farmers days.When I got home though,discovered they were chocolate marzipan and best before April 2014 !
Saw this bonny donkey on my travels. Most of the donkeys on our farm only have two legs !
