Monomonday: Change

The lives of our daughter Kate and her partner Joel (and ours) changed forever today when Kate gave birth to our first grandchild, a girl.

After a mammoth labour, which started on Saturday night, she finally decided to join us at 3 o'clock this afternoon, weighing in at just 6lb 13 oz. No name as yet.

Off out to the Keep Fat Christmas do tonight so will catch up tomorrow.
