Morning run

What a morning it was too - bright with mist gathered over the stream here that runs through Abinger Hammer.

Last week I gave a presentation on disability in the workplace, suggesting that recruiters and employers turn it on its head to focus on ability. Then today I saw this video that does exactly that.
