A Grinch!
Was given this early at church this morning and told it was "A grinch". I thought it was a super cute idea.
Today was a super long day at church. 13 hours to be precise! It was interesting to say the least. This evening, we were to be having an interdenominational musical celebration of Christmas at our church. Four other churches were to be joining with us.
One had their choir director died last week! One had their choir director got themselves fired! One the choir director refused to have anything to do with "Mormons" even though their pastor was all for it! The forth one, I don't know and I don't care at this point. We put on the whole show ourselves.
We had our live nativity out front of the church building. Once inside we had music with pieces that included the flute, violin, cello, piano & organ as well as the Christmas standards such as Jingle Bells
Following that we all went into the cultural hall for refreshments and to look at the Nativities that had been brought and set up. Scroll throw these few photos to get an idea of all the nativities brought. Thïs here is just a sample of the actual sets.
I am exhausted and having a hard time staying awake to get this entry done! I've fallen asleep twice now!
