Leaving Party

Goodness me I only got one son home yesterday and today I was at a leaving party for my middle son Alex and his girlfriend Louise.

They're not off on their travels until 28th December but Louise's parents had to put it on today as it's a busy time of year.

It was nice just going to a party and not putting it on for a change.

They are off for a couple of years. I'm lucky as I'll be seeing them again....Louise's mum isn't sure if she will be able to get out to them due to work commitments an digger holidays pre booked. I'm sure she will if she can.

In other news Andy ran and I cycled to breakfast this morning. It was lovely eating outside. We even had a chicken share our breakfast. He was so sweet feeding out if our hands.

We also planted over 20 bamboo plants along our fence today.

So it's been a bit of a busy day.
