The Mouse's House

Anyone who knows me, knows that I like fabric! I wouldn't call myself a collector of fabric, more a fabric hoarder! I love unusual prints and textures, but also keep fabrics for sentimental reason. My "hoard" of fabric has outgrown the storage space allowed indoors, some was given away but still I had to move some of my beloved fabrics into the summerhouse for storage. They have been kept there for two winters now, and are in a large trunk.

Well obviously a rodent with immpeccable taste in fabric has decided to move into the fabric storage trunk. I found this little nest in amongst the vintage lace and silk, and a lot of other little telltale signs that a mouse has been residing. He or she obviously felt the need for warmth as the nest is mainly made of faux fur and silk!!
