Anthropomorphism most fowl

The Sunday Times today published “the best animal pictures of the year” and what a splendid set of images these are.
Colchester Zoo’s baboon Rhajang is pictured alongside a wild baboon’s bottom with a caption reading “Put it away lad”, while a pair of Galapagos sea lions are captioned “Hey Good Looking.”
The cover features a seriously challenged moggy while page two of the magazine features a slightly odd and possibly misjudged advert for roast turkey.
Anthropomorphism most fowl perhaps? Even Johnny Morris would have been aghast.
