A Cold, Crisp Morning (not portrayed here)

Jack Frost was out and about before me this morning ... but at least I still managed to beat the sun ... (which, to be fair, wasn't very difficult, because the sun didn't rise until 8 AM)

Another week and it'll be the winter solstice ... It only seems like a month ago that I was up at 4:30 to capture the sunrise when it was the summer solstice, the sun was rising at 5 AM then (give or take an hour for BST and GMT) ...
